To help us fix a problem faster, include the app name, your device and OS version, and what happened.

Delete your account

Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. You can also email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Subscriptions and refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by that store. Manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history.

Email us to request a copy of your data or to ask how we use it. We respond within 30 days.
